TruEvolution Behavioral Health is a group of mental health and social service professionals who support your social and emotional well-being. We are committed to providing services that are affirmative, sex-positive, culturally humble, and trauma-informed to address the mental and emotional health needs of members of our community. While our services are open to all, we deliver healthcare with a special emphasis on the needs and strengths of the LGBTQ+ community.
TruEvolution Behavioral Health offers ongoing therapeutic support for the unique challenges our clients may be facing in life. Our team of counselors, therapists, and social workers provide individual therapy for all ages. They are well-versed in helping families work through their issues to grow stronger together and offer relationship counseling to keep important partnerships thriving.
TruEvolution Behavioral Health offers supporting and specialized mental healthcare to support clients who are transgender and gender diverse (TGD). Our clinicians adhere to the latest version of the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH)standards of care when providing services. We offer behavioral health assessments, treatment, and letters of support for gender affirming medical procedures. Our goal is to ensure you live the most authentic life that you can be proud of.
TruEvolution Behavioral Health offers a wide range of peer-led and clinical groups to expand your support network and strengthen your connections. Peer-led groups are ongoing and offered at no cost, regardless of insurance coverage. Clinical groups are time-limited and have specific health outcomes like reducing the symptoms of depression or anxiety. These groups are offered at the rates posted on our website and can sometimes be paid for by in-network insurance providers. Some groups are closed and can be attended only by those who have the lived experiences being supported.

The TruEvolution Behavioral Health Institute for Early Career Professionals allows practicum student clinicians and associate clinicians to receive specialized therapeutic training, memberships to professional associations, and access to critical clinical materials. Upon graduation from the program, participants will be able to successfully navigate their entrance into a profession that has been traditionally difficult to enter, particularly for people of color and those from low-income backgrounds. Graduates will leave the program with a year of supervision, networking connections, specialized training to serve diverse populations, and professional recommendations from one of the leading LGBTQ+ serving health providers in the Inland Empire.

The TruEvolution Behavioral Health Investigative Research Laboratory is focused on expanding the body of knowledge surrounding mental health, clinical outcomes, communicable diseases, public health, and social science.
