Emergency Housing

For many homeless LGBTQ+ youth and folx living with HIV, housing is often a driving determinant for devastating health outcomes, particularly in communities of color. Our Emergency Housing Program (EHP) is a voucher-based housing program offered through the Housing Opportunity for People with AIDS (HOPWA) program. The EHP is designed to provide 21 days of emergency housing and transitional case management services.

Throughout the program, clients will be offered supportive services such as:

• Short-term and long-term housing planning
• Budgeting
• Workforce and college readiness referrals
• Rental search and application assistance
